Welcome to our little corner of paradise, we are committed to making your experience wonderful in hopes that you will return. Horn's building dates back to the mid 1800s and has been rich in food service history, serving food at this location for over 80 years. The location was first a small grocery store, which added a kitchen back in the 1940s.

The building then housed the Apple Barrel Restaurant back in the 1970's serving the Marigny Triangle patrons. It was in the 1980's that La Peniche opened its doors 24 hours 7 days a week, exploding with colorful patrons servers and owners who truly made this corner a destination. I personally came here with my brother for brunch back in 1989 and was awestruck by the energy and vibrance not only by the restaurant but its patrons and staff (not to mention the delicious food) It was in 2004 that Horn's came in on the history and we hope to make many more years of good food and good memories.
Best outdoor dining in New Orleans We have plenty of safe spots to enjoy this beautiful weather, and watch the sites and sounds of our Nieghborhood. Dogs are some of our favorite customers and on any given day you can see the four legged stars as they so graciously escort their owners our way.
